Wanchen Plastic Products (Shanghai) Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Wanchen") was founded in 1988 in Hong Kong, and Shanghai factory was established in Y1994. Wanchen mainly focus on research & development, production, sales and service of extrusion tube and plastic caps for high-grade cosmetics, skin care products, cosmetics plastic packaging. Since the establishment of the company, Wanchen has been adhering to hand in hand with customers, create green environmental protection and healthy production mission.
Wanchen has always been adhering to honest and standardized management, and simultaneously developing steadily and constantly innovating and expanding its products. In early 2019 and 2020, it has invested in a new production base of extrusion tubes, plastic caps and thermosetting materials in Quzhou, Zhejiang province, with a construction area of about 15000m2. In terms of infrastructure, it has passed environmental impact assessment and safety and fire control acceptance. And strictly refer to the processing standard layout of food packaging materials in terms of peoples or other equivalent material.
Shanghai factory is based on research and development, mold making, tube production and sales. The company always adhere to scientific management and innovation, has passed the quality management system ISO9001:2015, the global standard packaging material BRCGS(06) and other international certification system, in the development of technology innovation and has obtained a number of inventions, utility models and appearance patents, and the plant is equipped with a clean 300 thousand level cleaning workshop.
Wanchen mainly serves international and domestic well-known brand customers, such as Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, L 'Oreal, Estee Lauder, Mary Kay, LVMH, Shiseido, Kao, Shanghai Jahwa, Jala, Proya etc. Sales and services to Europe, North America, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries; set up a long-term stable relationship with customers to obtain more qualifications.
